Is this Herpes???

Where do I begin....

About 2 weeks ago, I noticed a red bump on my shaft. As time went on it continued to get bigger and wouldn't go away. I have no idea where this thing came from. I am a virgin and have never been sexually active. I do masturbate.
Let me describe the sore.

The bump:
The bump does not hurt.
Its red with a white center
It feels/looks kind of like an infected zit.
It does NOT itch
It does NOT burn
It only hurts when i squeeze it
It wont pop (i tried, but only a little bit of blood came out)
It has a hard core. (it isnt soft)

I tried putting Hydrogen peroxide on it, but it did not do anything. It didnt even burn.....
I tried putting neosporn on it but that didnt work either.
It shows no signs of shrinking and Im afraid to try and pop it.

Any idea of what this could be? I will try to get a picture of it as soon as possible. I seriously hope I dont have herpes..........

You obviously have something going on questionmark. You shouldn't be online trying to figure this out. You need to go and be seen.  You do not want to let something that could be bacterial in nature go untreated much longer.

If you haven't been sexually active, then this isn't herpes. Since it's not herpes, you're  on the wrong forum. Only a doctor can diagnose you. We're just a bunch of internet yahoos, and you're spinning your wheels looking for answers here. Time to move on.

well all i have to say as a usc graduate and a master on doctor is that there is no way that you can have herpes if you are a virgin it probally is just a (ingrown hair follicle) or an (fordyces) check out picture

Dude, it could be a pimple that may me infected. If you are worried get it looked at while it is present. Go to an STD clinic (it is free) and they will do a culture if it looks suspicious. Were your nails long when you masturbated? If so, you may have accidentally nicked your shaft. You seem worried about STD yet you are a virgin? Unless you had oral sex with someone recently or you have a history of cold sores and touched yourself down their without washing your hands after you touched your mouth; you should be fine. I would get it looked at just so you have a professional opinion.
