Lesions appear and about to be gone? Herpes?

Hello forum/docs, I hope I can find help here. I am a circumcised guy who went to an Asian massage parlor. I was all naked and did rough dry humping with the female masseuse (she was fully clothed) for 10 min, Eventually she took of her underwear and we did genital rubbing , us both naked, but I covered her genitals by having a towel in between us as we rub/hump  our genitals. another 10 min for this.  There was no oral or penetrative sex, // just hand job, I fingered her and the activities above.

Event:

1.) (6 days post event) I noticed tiny, reddish, wet lesions that resemble friction burn just under the head of my penis.Within skin folds. I just ignored it, thinking it could have been because I wore tight undies days ago and masturbate a lot.
2.) 8th day, I noticed lesions are still wet, but not really painful. I put some Canesten cream on the area before sleep.
3.)Today, 9th day, lesions seem to have been extremely healing well, no scabs, less red and seems a lot drier already.

Questions:

1.) What are the risks I got HSV or other STDs from this event?
2.) Can HSV virus permeate towels, what if I mistakenly used the same towel to dry my penis after bath?
3.) Could it be my penis still touched her bare vagina without me noticing and catch HSV this briefly?

I am really worried, I have no other symptoms. But I am very depressed I hope people can give me answers to my questions.

Thank you so much docs/people of medhelp!

Hsv would not be transmitted through the towel. What you described does not sound like hsv, but if it is, you didn’t get it from this exposure. Sounds like maybe a bit of a yeast infection or dermatitis.

Thanks Toohip,  if the blister healed well and quick over Canisten, does this mean it's not from HSV?
I am really not sure. If it was a blister/lesion, I would think that the cream wouldn’t help but I have to recommend if you get another one, go to a doctor or an urgent care facility as soon as you see it. It’s best to have a examined by a train clinician, so they can rule things out. I don’t think that the encounter you had was of any risk. If that was related in someway to HSV, I don’t believe it would’ve been from that encounter.
I will definitely go to a clinician if something signals.  The lesion resembles like a friction burn, or contact dermatitis - reddish, but no humps. The stem of my worry is that I wasn't checking down on the towel constantly that it may have moved and exposed our genitals while humping that I didn't notice. I am so depressed.. :(
