Looks like herpes but doesn’t show symptoms

So I’ve always had these small blister looking bumps on the penis foreskin and head but aren’t painful, don’t come and go, isn’t PPP and looks like herpes. Btw I’ve never had sex

Have you ever received oral sex? If you haven't, it can't be herpes.

It could be balanitis, or a fungal infection (or both) -
