Need help not sure if I have hsv2 or not
I got my annual physical back in December everything was fine except HSV2, it was equivocal.95. Couple of weeks went by I got the flu like symptoms the tingling and pain in the genital area. I also had itchy thighs and buttocks. My lips were on fire for weeks !! They didn’t breakout but my vermilion changed. The top of my penis had some pimple like that lasted for a day but didn’t look heretic I went and got meds cause I was freaking out. I later learned that meds can alter your testing. I was on antivirals for 2 weeks I stopped in January. I recently Retested last week and it came back negative. I’ve had 2 negative results with the igg and the Elisa testing.
Anyone have a clue of what this may be or what I should do next?
