Is there a risk?

I gave a handjob to a boy I've been seeing. This is our first sexual activity. He ejaculated onto his stomach and I didn't touch his semen. I then went to wash my hands. He had told me the last girl he slept with was unprotected and he has not been tested since. Their encounter is as recent as last. His penis looked fine, I couldn't see an lesions or cuts but I didn't give it a proper look. My hand has no cuts on it.

If he has herpes am I now at risk after giving the handjob? If I touched his penis and then touched my face (my eye for example) at my at risk?

Do I need to get tested for anything after this encounter with him?

You were at zero risk from giving a handjob. No need to worry or test.
