HELP PLEASE!!

I had sex with this guy very very rough about 1 week ago and we went at it 3 times. Of course stupid me, I was unprotected. I had a lot of discharge the next morning and was in a lot of pain to just walk from the friction. My vagina was incredibly swollen and it even hurt to pee. It would burn for at least 10 mins after peeing. I felt kinda bumps and stuff so I went to the ER and they said trich. my trich tests came back neg. No chlamydia, no Ghonnorea. every doctor has said my vagina looks normal and doesn't look like herpes. today however, I found like white patches around my vagina opening. I thought it was discharge so I scratched one side and I guess I peeled off the blisters or something cause now one side has bare skin. Does this sound like herpes?? He has no bumps when I had sex, I'm freaking out!!

It is hard to say.  Herpes take about a 2 to 3 weeks after infection to show up.  You could just have had scabs from the tearing from sex. I would go back to the doctors to get tested with a culture.  The truth is that you put yourself at risk for ever std with unprotected sex.  The good new is most people do not have an std.

Hi, most primary outbreaks occur 3 to 13 days or so post exposure as a general rule. But with a primary outbreak there is often a fever and body aches as the body is mounting a defense building antibodies. Recurrent outbreaks would not have the fever. Having the area swabbed within 48 hours after appearing would be the best test for location but a blood test 3 months post exposure would confirm your status esp if you think you contracted hsv2 genital.
Since your having a discharge yeast type infection, i would feel the sore is connected to that more than a herpes outbreak as herpes sores would not be all around your vagina but only one side.
