Possible Transmission.

Me and a girl were fooling around, I touched her and I had fluids on my fingers then i touched urethra with my fingers.  It has been a week now, I know for a fact that the girls has HSV2.  I am really freaking out because i dont know anything about herpes and how it can be spread, i had not physical contact with her besides the touching with my fingers.  (I have lower back pain right now)

I could really use some help, I am really FREAKING OUT. If someone who is a professional could give me bad or good news it would be much appreciated. Thank You.
