Heat rash or herpes?

I recently had unprotected sex with my bf.
The day after I had what looks like a rash near the opening of my vagina. It doesn't hurt
Or burn when I use the restroom. It looks like pimples.
I have looked up pictures of herpes and heat rashes, and
It looks like a heat rash. If it is heat rash what can I do to get rid of it?
Also idk if this has anything to do with it, but I am prone to yeast and bacterial infections.
Could it be yeast bumps??

It can be genital warts, herpes or a simple heat rash. Let yourself rest for a couple of days, don't put any harsh chemicals close to your areas and see if it subsides. Even if it does you have to go get yourself and your boyfriend checked to make sure both of you are clean.

you wouldn't have symptoms of a newly acquired genital herpes infection that quickly.

the best thing to do is to be seen and get it checked out if you are concerned.

did you and your partner have full std testing including herpes testing prior to starting to have sex together?

have you both had your gardasil shots for hpv?
