If you were going to have a primary outbreak it would've most likely happened 4-5 days after exposure. You're over 14 days since so I believe you pretty much out of the woods on this.

You can get hsv from a single encounter but the odds are very small. If she had no cold sore at the time then your odds are incredibly small
