The only way to know Is to go to a urgent care or doctor and have those sores swabbed. Don’t delay, get in today if you can. The photos are a little fuzzy but I see some red marks that should be looked at.
If you had a recent sexual encounter, hsv is a possibility but by the photos alone, you can’t be diagnosed.
Genital herpes means you are contagious from the genital area. So the penis and rectum are both spots where the virus sheds from, even if you only had an outbreak on your anus.
