Will a HSV-2 outbreak occur in all infected areas at once?

So if someone has been infected with HSV-2 in both, say, the genitals and mouth and is experiencing an outbreak, are they likely to see symptoms in both locations at once (body-wide outbreak) or will the outbreak be localized to one infected region? Or perhaps there’s no rhyme or reason to it?

I don’t know enough about how the virus works to know if an outbreak is triggered throughout the entire body or if it’s simply triggered in one area.
Thanks!

Everyone is different and bodies respond differently to the virus. You can get symptoms in one spot and not the other or both at the same time. Having HSV2 in both locations is rare.
