Location of Recurrent HSV2

Would recurrent outbreaks of HSV2 occur near the primary site or pretty much anywhere in the boxer short region? I have read that recurrent outbreaks may take the path of least resistence whichis why they may show up near the anus as there may be some abrasions there. I am concerned as although I have never has any outbreak on my penis, 3 weeks ago I had a biopsy on a growth on my penis which turned out to be just scar tissue. In the past week, I have experienced some severe lower back / nerve pain that is now being followed by pain at the biopsy site.

Could this pain be a recurrent HSV2 outbreak at the site of this recent trauma? Do herpes outbreaks get "triggered" by these types of recent traumas and have the outbreaks occur at those sites? Although the site hurts quite a bit, I do not see any razor like cuts, bumps or blisters, just the pain. I am wondering if the scar tissue is preventing the lesion from reaching the skin surface and is just causing pain instead.

Any ideas?

you were never at real risk of herpes!! you have no reason to think that any of this is herpes related.

Good morning and thanks for answering.

No I haven't been diagnosed. I had an exposure in which there wasn't sexual intercourse, a month ago , and I am just extremely worried mainly because two things :

As I mentioned on my previous comment above, I had fingered her ( by inserting one fourth of my finger) for 5-6 seconds, just enough to feel her moist. Then I pulled finger out, procced to wipe with linen, and then grabbed my penis and started masturbating while my scrotum was touching her left butt cheek. So with this being said :

1. Do you think the tip of my finger might have transferred herpes microbes from her fluid to my penis when I started masturbating? Or does genitalia skin contact+friction during a lapse of time must be present to consider transmition ?

2. Placing my scrotum area on her butt cheek worries me. While I was masturbating, I would just lay my scrotum there for seconds and then moving away from her. I repeated that approach and moving away thing just two times I guess. There's was not sign of lessions there and skin looked intact.

If she was infected, is there a possibility that she might have shed from her thick buttocks skin?  That's my main concern. I am sure I didn't see any lession on the left cheek, but I couldn't see if she had any on the right one.

I apologize I am making you read all these but I really would like your opinion about this scenario.

Since exposure a month ago, I have been having ocassional back pains until now with no sores or blisters ..

do you have a hsv2 infection already or are you wondering if this is a sign of a recurrence of a fairly new hsv2 infection that you haven't been diagnosed with? I wasn't clear on that from your question.

Thx so much for your reply.. Much appreciate it. Forgot to mention that for a few seconds ( would say 5 sec )  I had inserted about one fourth of my finger in her vagina. Just enough to feel her moisture, then  I pulled it out.  Seconds later I wiped finger with linen and started masturbating. Do you think the tip of finger might have carried any herpes particles and that would have been enough to transmission? Or does genitalia skin rubbing + friction must be present for fluids to transmit?

Hi, that is really not any risk for acquiring herpes so you back pains would not be associated.

Are back pains part of initial outbreak or recurrent ones? I had an encounter with no sexual intercourse.  just touched her intact skin left buttock  with my scrotum. No friction. Just quick tapping of my scrotum on her buttocks while I was masturbating. Two days later started having a lower back pain that has lasted for a month.. No sores ..
