Looking for an answer

My wife has dry skin on her hands and after her stroking my penis (uncircumsized) with no lubricant, I developed 5 blisters...one where each of her fingers were (3 weeks ago now). I applied Neosporin and after 2 weeks, the blisters seemed to be healed. Now, one of the areas is irritated with a cluster of small blisters where the original blister was. I do masterbate and this spot tends to rub on my jeans the most.
Would this just be friction burn/irritation or something else, like herpes? I have no herpes symptoms as described in the forums.

she'll need to check to see if herpes was included when she was tested for "everything". usually it isn't a part of it.

neosporin on the genital area can be very  irritating. in general it's best not to use it unless directed to do so by your provider for a bacterial skin infection.

odds are that neither you nor your wife have ever been tested for herpes to know your status. since your symptoms are almost gone, your testing options are limited. At this point you both seeking out type specific herpes igg blood tests to see who has what is the best course of action to rule out herpes as well as see your provider for your current batch of symptoms you have.
