Nervous as wrecked

I am hoping medhelp can help answer my question. I am so freaked out right now and I do not know how long I can contain this fear.

13th April 2014, I received unprotected oral sex.

Recently due to anxiety or fear because I think I've found someone that I love, I start to manifest whether I contracted any STDs.

I have no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

Started last week, I however felt tingling at the tip of my penis. I am not sure if ulcer has formed inside the tip of my penis. no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

During the day, the tip of my penis looks normal except for a white spot on the tip. No pain. Peeing normally. no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

During the night, i checked my penis again with my torch light, the white spot seems different and this freaked me out. BUT No pain. Peeing normally. no problem peeing, no burning sensation. No swollen balls.

I am not sure what I am looking at or understand what is going on.

please assist.

This is stress related most likely.

There is nothing suggestive of herpes in the timing or symptoms.

Stop worrying and start loving!

For the past 1 hour, developed feeling of wanting to urinate often. Maybe the room is too cold. Not too sure. But no pain during urination

What really freaked me out is the discolouration inside my urethra that looks like an ulcer but still unsure if it is an ulcer cos I don't feel pain or discomfort during urination.

Could it be I got other diseases like gonorea or chlamydia?

You are stressing way too much and making a minor condition far worse than it need be.

See a doctor as soon as you can for advice on the problem and treatment. It is not possible to narrow down what this may be. It could be anything or nothing. I would suggest that herpes can be eliminated as a cause.

Fleetwood20,

last question..

what about possible infection of gonorhea or chlamydia?

hope to hear from you soon.

They tend to produce more internal symptoms such as painful urination and sore testifies and often no symptoms at all.

It is exceptionally rare to obtain chlamydia or gonorrhea from oral sex.

FINAL QUESTION.....I PROMISE THIS WILL B THE LAST. Sorry!

If its not herpes, Gonorhea, chlamydia, what is causing the itch inside the urethra and constant urination?

I have a rubberized sex toy and I would occasionally use it for masturbation with baby oil. Do you think has caused the imflamation in the urethra? Or caused bacterial infection?

As of now, there is no discharge nor painful urination.

Ive visited the clinic, the doctor has given me Cipro. Do you think it should clear up the itchiness and the feeling of constant urination?

Fleetwood,

I just dont understand. The inside wall of my 2 sides looks like ulcer formation but I don't feel pain when I pee. I feel itchy throughout the inside of my organ (urethra and all the way in).

I've test -ve for both HIV & Sphylis.

Pending result for Gonorea, Chlaymydia & Herpes.

What do you think is happening?

Hello Fleetwood,

I am freakingout again...

I had cipro, aerius desloradine (to get rid of itchiness) & cranberry juice (to flush out bacteria). I was doing really really well from 10pm - 4am No itchiness. No feeling of wanting to go to toilet

BUT NOW..the itchiness in the urethra returns. the sides of my urethra looks abnormal...like ulcer formation (i can't be sure). the feeling of urgency peeing is coming back....

This is driving me nuts...

Please advice.

Put it down, really, leave the little fellow in your pants and distract yourself. You are taking antibiotics that although will start working quickly will take days to clear any infection. I really doubt you have one though, you are stressing.

Go for walks, watch movies and never look at your penis except maybe to shoot straight in the bathroom, but that's it!!
