HSV2 sores/blisters inside penis?

I want to ask if it is possible for someone to have herpes sores/blisters inside the urinal track of the penis?
Or it only have symptoms on the visible place of the penis?

Thanks for the answer.
Because as my previous post, I am tested to be positive for HSV2 and I do not have any symptoms however, I do have experience of urinal track itchiness after finish urinating(sometime). So I want to know if that could be one of the symptom.

If you had unprotected sex it is just possible but exceptionally rare. Overwhelmingly issues internal to the urethra are not herpes related.
