Oral sex

Hello, I am a 37 married female. I have Ghsv1 per swab. I stay away from oral sex as my husband is neg. About 10 days ago my husband performed it on me which is rare. I would have to say it lasted from 3-5 minutes. Now he has been fine up until day 10, he woke up with a headache and neck pain. Now this would not typically alarm me but he never gets them. To my knowledge I was not having a outbreak, but am unsure and they are not painful for me. Is there any way he could have got the vaginal fluid up his nose and to his brain. I know this is going from 1-1 million. I am worried, he has had this headache all day and now he is sweating in his sleep. Which is not usual. He was not sick before this and is not sick now besides the headache and pain in neck and now sweating in his sleep. I am worried about it as it is 10 days post oral sex. He has no ulcers or soars anywhere else. Thank you for your time.

That's not how herpes is transmitted.  Herpes is transferred by skin-to-skin rubbing.  The only potential negative outcome is that he would get oral HSV-1.
