I know how worried u are, Bt to be on the safe side, do not breast feed ur baby. Don't let ur baby mouth touch your nipple b/c ur baby can easily get expose to it & babies also has a very weak immune system.
The problem sounds more like its related to breastfeeding. It's not uncommon for breastfeeding mothers to have issues. It may have something to do with your Montgomery glands or a blocked milk duct.

Hi and welcome. If you have genital hsv2, your breast area would not be affected only your boxer short area. Your breast area is another contact zone and would be included in the area for hsv1 oral. And since you dont have hsv1 oral, your breast spots would not be herpes related.
