Possibility of herpes?

I had sex with an ex-boyfriend about 36hrs ago. Not to be too personal, but it lasted about an hour and a half and was kind of rough. I woke up yesterday and my vagina is sore and it is still sore today. Also, I noticed three pimple looking bumps on my arm. Is it possible to get an std on my arm? And would it show up so soon? I'm extremely nervous because I have a two year old daughter and I don't want to pass anything on to her if I have something contagious on my arm. Thank you in advance for the help!

Thanks for the advice! I'm having some pain in the area of my clitoris and I just used the bathroom and there was some right red blood and mucus. Could this be a sign of something wrong or just from the rough sex?

Hi, no STD like Gono and such show symptoms in 36 hours but around 5 days and are not topical symptoms. Your arm bumps are not related to any std including herpes for a first time outbreak.
