Hsv2 from csw need confirmation

I am a 34 yo male who had unprotected vaginal and oral sex with a csw. Within 48 hours after exposure I had discomfort in my urethra. I went to the clinic just over a week later and tested negative for everything across the board. 3 weeks post exposure I had red spots appear under my foreskin which were like blotches, I went the the local clinic where they said it didn't look like anything to worry about and I should be fine I had recurring spots on head of penis none of which blisters or developed more than blemishes on the skin. Given the all clear I proceeded to have sex with a regular partner which was unprotected she's came down with flu like symptoms and later developed bumps around her Pubic area which later burst open. I went back to the doctors explained this along with other symptoms I've had such as paper cut like lesions on the foreskin pains in my left buttocks and hamstring so tested again for everything I tested negative for everything but NGU which I took medication for since then I have had recurrent blemishes and cuts under my foreskin. Most recently i have developed a wet ulcer under my foreskin which has been there for over a week and going strong mind.

My questions are the following:

Could this be any thing other than herpes

Which type is it likely to be

Could I be passing ngu back and forth between me and my sex partner leading to the blister

I have contemplated death since this episode I would never do it but it's the first time I've thought about it before I lived. Cocaine fuelled live style leading to many mistakes.

Get checked out and have any lesions swabbed.

It is not something that's provided by our clinics they do not test via blood only private clinics do it is strange because they said to me it doesn't matter as 80% of people have a type of herpes most never have symptoms so it would be pointless as both strands of hsv can infect either site is that strange?

If you had unprotected vaginal sex with a csw  you need to test for all std,s including HIV at the correct window period for your partners protection.

HIV---28 days with the Duo test
Syphilis----6 weeks
Gono and chlamydia---7 days
Herpes------3 months

Hi Dave thanks for your input I have been tested multiple times across the board as late as 5 months after exposure for everything and all results negative only thing I tested positive for at one point was ngu which was treated I think this was herpes related as herpes can cause ngu although said to be rare of so I've read anyway I had every blemish and spot looked at and was basically told it is not herpes what am I to think they did also pretty much say herpes isn't a big deal anyway but it is massively to me I wish I hadn't done in but what is done is done I am now trying to protect others by receiving a correct diagnosis to know where my sexual status stands

I would do your best to go get it looked at. You can also go to planned parenthood. I would make this a priority.
The only way your going to get answers is to have it looked at.

Can you get the ulcer swabbed and tested? That's what I would do first.

Flu like symptoms started shortly before the bumps which then burst and when in a couple of days nothing else since then we speak but no longer see each other in that way so it is not something that comes up in general conversation. I have had paper like cuts on the foreskin mostly along with tightening of foreskin and most recently I have had swollen foreskin where a wet ulcer has now developed a day or two after rough masturbation since then I have had itchiness in a spot to the left which now appears to be ulcerating I also seem to have tender lymph nodes in my neck and groin on and off since exposure but the doctors keep telling me I'm fine I don't know how to deal with it I want a confirmed diagnosis so I can at least get medication as the ulcers have been there some time now but I do not want it to be herpes but I'm sure looking at everything it is an std and the only one to cause these symptoms is hsv2

Why don’t you go see a different doctor and get tested there’s a good chance that you may need to explore other options!  There’s obviously something wrong there unless you and your partner head both happened to mysteriously  manifest similar symptoms around the same time.,. Highly unlikely

Please explain your partners symptoms. You say fever then later bumps appeared. How much later. In a typical primary this happens at the same time or lesions appear first.

No my partner didn't get tested as that was it no further outbreaks I wasn't aware of having to pay for the questions I will look into it so do you think it properly is an hsv outbreak

Did your regular partner get tested? You should get any lesions swabbed and tested. I reread your thread and the symptoms your girlfriend experienced does match anot hsv primary outbreak. I don't know if I skimmed over this but I apologize.

To get Dr Handsfield you need to go to the asha website. It costs $25 for a question and 3 follow ups. Will be money well spent.

It must be std related because I have never suffered any form of lesion or change in the genital area for the best part of 34 years and it seems whatever it is has been passed on to a sex partner would like to know what dr hhh thinks?

It's almost impossible to say what it is as we can't see it. However I agree with the evaluations you've had. Doesn't sound like hsv or anything std related at all.

It could be many things and it doesn't sound like hsv at all from your description.
