Possible Herpes

I had unprotected sex with a woman in the beginning of Jan (4 times over the course of the weekend). I have very, very small lesions (pinhead or smaller) on  the left side of my glans penis  that affect an area roughly the size of a dime (if not smaller). They are slightly uncomfortable and do not exhibit blister caps (the fluid filled pustules described in symptoms). In addition, they haven'y merged into one large (or several larger) lesions noted in the symptoms. The have some rough scaly skin over the affected area as well.

That being said,  I had a similar type of indent some time between Jan and now. I believe it would have been on the end of the 14-20 day mark I think. I didn't pay too much attention then as it wasn't bothersome.

some of them have healed and didn't appear to scab.

Honestly I chalked it up to excessive/rough masturbation..

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.

Your thinking seems right to me. Not really any need to be concerned regarding herpes. Given three months have passed, you can check your herpes status with IgG testing.
