Question about herpes

I started with an itch on my hip and then moved to my upper pubic region and waist line. Thought it was crabs so I took the necessary shampoo treatments several times, even completely shaved down there. The itch is still there, including my inner thighs and between my butt cheeks. I then started itching on the shaft of my penis. I then saw a pimple like thing. But it didn't have a head. It was as if the pimple was just underneath the surface before it gets the white head. It was very itchy, then about a week later another bump formed on the side of my penis and also itchy. As days passed I was finding an itchy bump here and there on the shaft of my penis. I even have a few red ones on the tip of my penis, but these weren't itchy, just red. All these bumps, even the non itchy ones, I could squeeze somewhat hard and it looked like water was coming out. As days passed I got a whole bunch on my sack and these had the clear fluid in them, but they looked and felt the same even after I squeezed them. I'm also itchy behind my knees, on the outside of my butt cheeks, on the top and outside of my thighs, but these aren't as severely itchy as the first named ones.

I forgot to mention that I did schedule a doctors app. but its not for another 2 weeks; i'm broke and this is the only place I can afford so I have to wait. I just need a little help so that I know I'm not doing anything to worsen the problem. Sometimes it doesn't itch at all until I scratch one part and then all of a sudden my whole area down there starts to itch. I then put on some Caladryl Clear to help the itch. The bumps on my shaft look completely different than on my head. When the shaft is very itchy the bumps become huge, but sometimes they die down and are about the same size as the ones on the head, just different color. Then about 2 weeks ago I got a similar bump on my left outer waist and itched like crazy, its smaller now and looks dried out. I may have multiple things going on down there. Not sure.

My basic question is, do herpe blisters all show up at the same time? Because yesterday I found another bump on the head of my penis. if it is herpes should I continue to put the Caladryl on it to help the itch? And all this has been going on for about 2 months. I have no open lesions or anything, and it doesn't hurt at all. The only symptom I have of herpes is the bumps, and the itchiness on my butt, thighs and genitals.

So please at least answer one of the two questions above.

You should speak to your provider about this.

I'll look into that. I know this is a herpes forum but off the top of your head, see if you can answer this.

It hurts when I raise my left eyebrow. It's nothing on the skin. There is no sign of a bruise. I don't remember getting hit. My eye looks fine. I've taken headache medicine but it doesn't feel like a headache. Would this be associated with what's happening downstairs? If you don't know then no worries, just figured I would ask.

don't put anything on your genitals. Odds are this was never crabs and I don't think caladryl should be used on the genitals. this doesn't sound like herpes either.

fungal infections can present like this as can many other things. At this point try something simple for itch relief like soaking in the bathtub with aveeno bath or corn starch thrown in to help with itching.
