Oral Hsv 2?

Just wasn't to start by saying I've always had hsv 1. So in early December I hooked with a girl while on vacation. I used vaginal protection however unprotected oral. A few days later when I got back home I got sick for several days. Initially I thought it was the flu so I dismissed it as such. A few days after I started feeling a little bit better but not completely. Primarily I had stomach issues that would not resolve but I tried to push through it by continuing to go to work and working out but I felt tired for the most part.
Suddenly I started to develop oral issues such as: oral sores along my gum and I noticed a large hard bump inside my lower lip that had a little blood coming out. I thought it might be me biting my lip or something and cutting it. Also I was having dry mouth constantly.
So my symptoms continue to progress but slowly. Mostly I get more bumps on my lower lip. Most of the stomach issues subside but I still don't feel "right". At the end of December I get a full-panel std test done. Everything came back negative except for hsv1 by igg antibody test.
Fast-forward to the beginning part of January I suddenly developed several small red bumps on my chin that looked like Bacterial Folliculitis that flared up when I shaved at the gym. Got sick later that night. Several days later I still had the bumps on my chin and I start to develop a really bad coldsore on my upper lip. Its been two years since I developed any coldsores. I get really sick, very pale, my face gets really dry and red, and the sores and coldsore take two weeks to disappear. Inside my mouth even more hard bumps develop inside my lip. Also several weeks later I start to notice several small rough bumps inside my inner cheek. My cheek starts to feel swollen. Plus my tongue sometimes feels like its burning. Feeling really sick and tired for the next couple of months. I lose my all drive over night.
Got tested again early March. Everything comes back negative. At this point I start suspecting its oral hsv 2 because of all the oral issues. Last week I got another really bad cold sore. Went to dermatologist the next day to get it cultured came back as hsv 1 a few days later. I still have several hard bumps in my inner lower lip and white rough bumps in my inner cheek. Also
i still feel a little sick. Have an appointment with oral pathologist and doctor next week. What's going on? Is this oral HSV 2? I tested negative for it 3 months after exposure by igg antibody test.

Hi.
So I've been incredibly paranoid about this situation over the past several months and I was wondering about the accuracy of the Herpeselect test regarding this specific case? I tested negative for HSV 2 five months after an ecounter. Should I put this whole thing to rest regarding contracting oral hsv 2 if I tested negative that far out. I have oral hsv 1. Would that theorically delay detectable hsv 2 antibodies from forming if I did contract hsv 2 only orally?

Thanks.

this doesn't sound at all like oral herpes causing your symptoms.  since you already have hsv1 orally, if you had contracted hsv2 orally, odds are you would've just had a normal cold sore and nothing else.

no reason to think your oral symptoms are std related at all. Not unusual at all either for oral herpes to reoccur when you have other issues going on to make you ill.    I'd see an ENT specialist if your regular provider is stumped.  could it be a yeast issue? if could be but also many other things it can be.

Could this be a yeast infection or something? Is the gig test conclusive after 3 months? Should I test again? I feel like i'm being really neurotic with all this testing but I know something isn't right. Thanks btw.
