Possible HSV 2 exposure

I had unprotected intercourse with a guy 3 weeks ago. Since then I have an area on the labia that feels irritated/itchy. I went to the doctor had her look at it and a full screening of STD including HSV 1 & 2. Everything was negative. She also did a pap and swabbed the inside of my vagina. All was normal. But I feel so uncomfortable. I can't pin point anything I just feel raw and that one spot that bothers me. I have not seen sores, or anything like the pictures online. I've read all of the literature about waiting 3-4 months for blood work to see if antibodies are there. Could that itchy spot be a mild case of herpes? Even without seeing an actual sore erupt?

Hi, herpes some to the surface and opens in one way or another. So just having a feeling of something does not suggest herpes at all.

I guess it just feels like something isn't right and its been 3 weeks I feel worried that I still feel irritated even though I don't see the typical symptoms. I've been to the doctors 4 times in 3 weeks
