Some type of small white bumps lasted for 4 months now?

I'm 20. went to the urologist after i had protected sex with this girl a few times. I started freaking out simply because i had heard it was a possibility she had herpes. The doctor was young but seemed like it was possible he may have just been brushing it off or didn't know what he was talking about.

I cannot remember if it was there before and i never noticed it, but a sort of wrinkle or slit (not cut, just a wrinkle in the skin) seems to have formed on middle of the shaft on the top-side of my penis. When i'm erect (or when i stretch the skin out with my fingers) it spreads out into what looks like an oval-shaped dent? two small skin-colored, slightly white bumps developed on the bottom of the "oval" and have been there for about 3 1/2 months now. I was first able to squeeze a tiny bit of white stuff out back in the first month but not anymore...they don't hurt at all but they seem out of place from the rest of my "hair follicle bumps". I'm super scared and I already went to a really good urologist and i feel if they thought it was nothing then why spend the money elsewhere to get checked out again when i might just be being paranoid. There's also some super small white bumps (that don't hurt) on the underside of my penis but they seem to be also in their own little spot, as in they dont seem like fordyce spots, because they are closer to the head of the penis.

Do these things like, small bumps (that don't hurt), dents, and stuff like that normally form on the skin of the shaft of penis? and stay there for 3-4 months? or do I have something that needs to get checked out again?

Also while I'm here, if I went to a dermatologist would they be able to diagnose something on the penis?

thanks

are you sure these aren't just pearly papules?

this doesn't sound like a herpes issue.
