hsv1 or hsv2 i need help

i am try to Describe clearly
2 years ago i had first(original) outbreak ,it was a long time ,i did not find blister,just ulcer in genital ,it last about 2 month . my doc told me its herpes ,but he did not give me culture test,only blood test , it was all neg.(both hsv1 and hsv2,igg,igm),but he still believe i got herpes. i had got the second outbreak about 1 year after that , it was ulcer again , it lasted 4 days, when i go to hospital ,the doc told me it is almost healed,he can not give me the cultue test ,so i got
the second blood test ,it was all neg again.(both hsv1 and hsv2,igg,igm). after that i did 8 times blood test,including trinity herpeselect and western blot (send the blood specimen from hongkong to UW), the result are all the same ,both
hsv1 and hsv2 are neg . i knew ghsv1 recurrence is low,and blood test miss 1 of 10, so i thoungt i am ghsv 1.but i got 4 recurrence after that , 3-4months Interval ,every time was very quick to heal ,from begining to heal almost 4days. first day Cluster red pimple on penis,second day broken,On the third day healed ,forth day can not find nothing. i did once culture and Antigen test on the second day (when ulcer appear i go to hospital as quickly as i can ),it was neg.
i am very confuse about my situation ,if i and ghsv1 why this recur so frequent ,if i am ghsv2,how could i conform it?
i know10% ghsv1 recurrence frequent as same as ghsv2, and i know ghvs2 blood test is accute especially westernblot,right ?
so what can i do?

my doctor told me,Self healing so quickly,proved that must be ghsv.
may be i am just small precent of people could not detect measurable antibody,right?
do you know any disease i should suspect except ghsv?

Hi, with all the negative herpes tests you had, you can certainly rule out herpes for the ulcers your having. You mention missing 10% but that only is true if you only had 1 test. You cannot use the 10% miss for all 8 tests.
To find out what the ulcers are, the next time they appear have a PCR swab test as is DNA based and should tell what they are. But its not herpes.
