What you describe does not sound like hsv and it's probably just heat rash
There are asymptomatic infections. These are common. However your exposure was such a low risk experts wouldn't even recommend testing. Knowing what I know, you needn't worry.
The odds of any unprotected sexual exposure with a known positive partner is roughly one in a thousand. Now your protected exposure is so much lower than that.
One more thing. The amount of men I have helped in your situation is to large to count. You would be the first to have gotten hsv from a one time protected exposure with an escort. Your stress is your biggest enemy here.
I understand completely!! Have your Dr swab the raw area. Pcr tests are accurate at finding the virus. Touching and examining the area will assuredly make it worse. If you had hsv lesions you would know it.
I think you are over reacting on the escort being full of std's. Most who use condoms are not a high risk. Yours was a very low risk encounter. Herpes is transmitted from skin to skin but it takes more than that. Needs to enter the skin or mucus membrane. This is why the vaginal opening and or penis shaft is the common places for hsv to enter. The skin is very thin and it's also the area of greatest friction. Your testicles are the exact opposite.
Now your text book symptoms are not textbook in reality.
Your flu like symptoms came on to soon. Usually at least three days later. Not having lesions is a big red flag as well. Now your back pain and some of the other symptoms I would put down as stress related and very common in men who have an encounter they are scared of or regret.
I seriously doubt hsv or any other std is the cause.
12 weeks for a blood test is conclusive but you can test at 8 weeks and this will be a very good indicator as over 80% of people would test positive by then.
This really doesn't sound like hsv at all. Your protected oral and vaginal sex was in real world terms safe sex with little to no chance of any std.
In working with this forum and through my own research any single exposure is very low risk.
The brief oral on your testicles is of such low risk I wouldn't be concerned for hsv. The skin on the scrotum is very thick and hard to penetrate. The scrotum is very rarely if ever infected.
All in all I do not suspect hsv. I would follow up with your Dr or dermatologist about the rash.
Also iv been having pain in my groins and a mild rash around my mouth. I did kiss the sex worker I know stupid !
