Outside of herpes issues not much i can help you with the tingling. But will say that tingling is a nerve issue. Maybe have some tests done like for Fibro Mialgia or any nerve test.

Hi, tingling all over the body would not be a symptom of a recurrent herpes outbreak. Tingling is a sign of a pending outbreak and would be specific to an ganglion area like anywhere below the boxer short area or from the breast up. Its a sign of the virus attempting to travel up a nerve to the surface.
