Herpes worry

hi,

During a body to body massage 8.5 weeks ago a naked CSW sat on my butt and legs to massage my back.
When I turned over, lying on my back, she masturbated me vigorously and when positioning herself on top of me, her vagina made a brief contact with my penis (which had been masturbated for a while and most probably had broken skin).

I didn't want genital contact so I pushed her away. Contact happened but it was very brief.

She also masturbated herself and used the same hands (probably with vaginal fluids) to continue masturbating me until I came. I remember her massaging my inner foreskin and penis hand (probably with vaginal fluids on her hands or on my penis after the brief genital contact).

Am I at risk for herpes?

I have done a urine and blood test at 3 weeks and it came back negative for Chlamidia, Gono, Trich, Hepatitis, HIV, Syphilis and Herpes. All negative.

I have done another HIV (antibody/antigen) and Syphilis (EIA) test at 8 weeks. All negative.

I'm wating for 12 weeks to do another Herpes test. Do you recommend it?

At week 2 I felt a bit of on and off pain under the penis head (at the inner foreskim) but it went away in a couple of days. No visible blisters.

Now at 8.5 weeks I have this discomfort (bit of irritation/pain) in my urethra (at the penis head) and bellow the penis head again. Urge to urinate. No blister though. I also feel a bit of pain in my groin, abdomen and this pain that feels like its in my nerve and goes down to my feet.

You are overreacting. Nobody ever caught herpes or any other STD from such an an exposure. It takes much more intimate contact.  I would have recommended against testing for any STD. But since you have started down that road, you probably should have another test at 12 weeks for additional reassurance. Your symptoms are not suggestive of herpes or any STD. They are typical for the physical manifestations of your anxiety over the event.

You're making the mistake of focusing only on the test. The combination of all information provided (no risk exposure, no symptoms, negative test even though it was a month before 16 weeks) add up to zero chance you have herpes. Believe it and move on without worry.

Dr Howard,

I've done the tests at 80 days after the event and they all came back negative.

HIV (duo), Syphilis, Hepatitis, Gono, Clamy and Herpes Serology (IgG).

As per other posts, I understand that the conclusive result for the Herpes test would be at 16 weeks, however after your advice and the negative test at 80 days, I will try to put this event behind me and forget about it.

Once again, thank you very much for your time and advice.

Re-read my original reply. You were not at risk for herpes and there is no scenario you can think of, including the one asked here, that will change my mind about it.

There's no significant difference between 80 and 84 days.

Dr Howard,

Sorry to come back to this after your advice. My anxiety is killing me.

For the last two days my buttoks have been very itchy and the inner foreskin area on my penis, which was painful before, had a "dry" / whitish skin when I woke up this morning. Same thing happened at approximately 4 weeks after the event. At the same spot on my inner foreskin. I applied water on it and the white skin disappeared. It's not blistered but it could be one of those mild outbreaks I guess.

1 - If the CSW was infected and having an outbreak (I did not check visually) or was shedding the virus at that time, would there be a risk for transmission if after the brief genital to genital contact, the virus remained on my penis and it was massaged inside on my inner foreskin and penis head by her hands when vigorously masturbating me? Would this be possible?

2 - I got another prescription from a GP for another Herpes Serology test. Tomorrow (Friday) will be 80 days after the event. If I do the test tomorrow and it comes back negative (hopefully), would that be conclusive or do I need to wait for 84 days (12 weeks)?

I would really appreciate if you could give me your advice on those questions one last time. After that I'll come back here only to post the results of the tests.

Dr Howard, thank you so much for your reply.

I am very anxious indeed about this event however your opinion definitely made me feel a lot better. I had the above symptoms for about 3 days and they are now gone.

I will though get another full STD test at 12 weeks (in 3 weeks time) just for my peace of mind.

This is the first time I did something like this and I am not proud of it.
I've got a partner and I don't want to risk passing anything to her.
