All of your tests are negative. I looked at your other posts, and it looks like the exposure you're concerned about was back in May, so these are conclusive.
The IgM is an unreliable test, and is designed to look for newer infections. Since you did this 193 days post-exposure, it was too late for the IgM.
It doesn't matter though, because the IgG is the test you wanted, and it's conclusively negative. Anything under a .90 is negative. There is no such thing as a 0.0 on this - and many other - medical tests, so don't worry about that.
You don't have herpes, or HIV, hep B or C. Those are also conclusive results.
