Does this sound like herpes

Okay so it's been exactly 27 days since my encounter with a guy from Grindr we kissed for a quick second "tongue kissed" and I received oral from him and sucked his nipple alittle since I have had symptoms I don't know if it's herpes or not but sometimes I'll feel a tingling in my leg and feet which could be just anxiety from me being scared but I think I had some kind of breakout on my forehead it wasn't like what I see when I look up herpes but it was like little pimples They've dried up now and like two days after the encounter I had lesions on the side of my tongue which didn't clear up till 4 or 6 days ago so they lasted awhile now I have slight irritation above my lip like its alittle swollen. I have a bump with a scab on it on the back of my neck where my hair line ends on the right hand side it was tender at first and kinda swollen it's gone down now then I have a bump on my chest which I tried popping earlier and nothing came out but a little blood. Also a few days ago I had penile pain it wasn't bad but it was definitely pain in my urethra. I wish I could post a picture of my lips but I don't think they do that on this site from what I've read please anyone can u tell me what this is when I curve my top lip in it's really sensitive

All that being said i really think your stress is the only enemy. The odds are stacked in your favor. My advice is to move on and believe you're fine

Three days is to early to accurately test for hsv. 12 weeks is conclusive for testing but hsv1 tests aren't that accurate. Igg blood tests for hsv1 can miss up to 25% of infections.

I tested negative at three days but I don't know if that's to early. Should I just believe my negative results and move on

We've gone over this. Your tingling isn't a symptom and you would not get outbreaks on your forehead ir back of the neck. Go see a Dr for a proper diagnosis of your lip

Also what do you think this could be on my lip does it sound like herpes or could it just be something else also this morning when I woke up and used the bathroom the bubbles in my urine never went away is that bad??

I believe you're way overthinking this. What's on your lip doesn't sound hsv related. Everything else is clearly not hsv. Try and ease your mind

lol I have family that's telling me the same thing. but I just feel like there's weird things going on with me. And my lip Is especially worrying me now it's like a swollen blotch on the top of my lip but it's small and there's no blisters like everyone says I don't think this website does pics can I send you a picture of it somehow the reason I haven't been to the doctors is because my insurance is in limbo it should be straighten out in a week then I'll go to my health care provider. Also if it was herpes would I have received blisters way before 27 days?

Great started feeling a sore tongue then go in the mirror and see a circle on the tip of my tongue it's like a bump

now I see that there's something wrong with my armpit it's swollen in a localized area

27 days is to far out for a primary. I really would go see your Dr and go from there. A proper diagnosis is always the best route to take.
