Worried I have herpes?

Hi. I am a 24 year old male. Had unprotected sex with 3 different girls recently. One 4 weeks ago, the other 3 weeks ago, and finally 2 weeks ago. Been a bit of a sloppy month. Since then I have been feeling something unusual on my penis. I have a mild burning sensation on the head of my penis ( the top part) and also at the tip near and around the hole. There is a slight bit of red around the hole on the skin. It looks pretty normal, maybe a bit like dry skin or possibly chapped from overuse or masturbation. Its very mild, but is out of the ordinary. 2 weeks ago I was worried and got tested for chlamydia/gonorrhea. The test came back negative, however I have also heard that it may have been to early to get an accurate result.

Finally I am currently taking a 4 week does of DORYX for a scalp condition. Could this cause these symptoms?

symptoms:

burning/tingling feeling on the penis head. occasionally i feel the burning sensation inside my penis near the middle. occasionally the feeling is also on my scrotum but not a lot. And finally the slight redness around the hole along with the chapped/dry skin feeling. (these are what make me worry about the prodromal stages which i have read about online.

There is no discharge, no lesions, no warts, no open cuts/scabs/red dots or anything of that sort. At least not yet. And the early chlamydia/gonorrhea test was negative (however may be void). it does not hurt to pee, ejaculate, or have intercourse. my testicles feel fine and my overall health is good.

Looking for peace of mind. Hopefully I can stop worrying. What should I do? Do i need to see a doctor or a dermatologist?

Thanks!

as long as you had your chlamydia and gonorrhea testing done at least a week after you had last had sex, it's accurate.

at this point continue to follow up on these symptoms with your medical provider.  your regular doctor is the best place to start at this point.

You can get tested for syphilis after 6 weeks after you last had sex. herpes and hiv after 3 months after you last had sex.

Unprotected sex is risk, unless you know the STD status of your sex partners! Your test was early. " Precaution is better than cure"
Your symptoms may casued by irritation as you said.
For most of bacterial infection (STD) 2 weeks afterward test and viral infection 3 months afterward test.
