Oral sex from person w/ cold sore

I'm a 30 year old male. Last night, I was hooking up with a woman and about midway through I noticed what appeared to be a small cold sore on the corner of her mouth (when she came over it was dark and we had both been drinking and I hadn't seen it). Her and I have hooked up several times before so we just went right at it -- there was no kissing on the mouth (she did kiss my neck a little) and my penis NEVER went inside her mouth. However, and this is my big concern, she DID lick and suck my testicals for about 15 to 20 seconds. Other than that there was no direct contact with her mouth. How worried do I need to be that I will contract genital herpes? And, if so, is there anything I can do this morning to counter (I'm guessing not). I've been freaking out all morning and I'm nearly sick to my stomach about it. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

Your risk was incredibly small. Even if it were a cold sore the testicle skin is incredibly thick and rarely gets infected. If I were you I wouldn't be overly concerned.
Are you sure it was even a cold sore? Have you asked her?

Thanks for responding. Yes I asked her today and she said she doesn't know what it is (which isn't helpful) but she also said she has no history of cold sores and thinks it may just be a pimple of sorts. I don't know how many pimples grow in the corner of your mouth though...
I wouldn't worry. The odds are so low from this exposure. Like I said the scrotum is very thick and not likely for the virus to penetrate.
