Ok calm down. You are way overthinking this. Oral hsv1 is not even an std. Any number less than a 3.5 on an igg herpes test is suspect for a false positive. Go get another test. If you are truely positive just tell your fiance you hsv1 the kind that gives cold sores. No big deal. If you do have genital hsv1 then that's even better than oral hsv1. The odds of ever spreading genital hsv1 is extremely low. Plus she may have hsv1 as well. Most people get it as small children

The odds of contracting hsv1 from vaginal intercourse is astronomically low. Genital infections are almost always contracted through receptive oral sex. You do realize that well over half the adult population has hsv1? It's extremely common.
