I would not recommend cutting or "popping" any suspected HSV blisters, as this generally makes the outbreak persist longer than necessary.  OBs can last between 4-14 days (typically), and in some people longer.  Generally the average OB last a week to 10 days.  You can take L-Lysine, folic acid, Vitamin C, and Zinc to try to help speed up healing (or as prevention from future OBs, however people have mixed results with these and at best clinical research shows it only speeds up healing by a couple of days.  The Internet is a-wash in "natural treatments" and supposed "cures", be extremely weary of all of them.  Eating healthy, working out regularly, and lowering stress levels have, anecdotally, been said to help reduce the number of OBs - it's worth a shot.  Best of luck.

Hsv 1 or oral herpes is really common. Approximately 80 % of the planet has it and a sizable number of those people got it as children. They make over the counter products you can use.  OR you can go to your doctor and begin a medication that suppresses outbreaks if they agree it is hsv 1.  Nothing to freak out about. Don't do kissing or oral during an outbreak (giving oral). This is an easily managed situation and again, very common.  Your doctor can look at it and probably tell you. Take a picture now for them if you can't go immediately.  This tells you what to do, copy and paste  https://www.webmd.com/skin-problems-and-treatments/understanding-cold-sores-treatment
