is this herpes

I had an encounter with a high end prostitute. We had protected vaginal sex, however, she gave me a vigorous and lengthy hand job and used her saliva for lubrication.  Approximately, 36 hours after the encounter i noticed three red spots in separate areas of my penis which were red as if the first layer of skin was worn away.  There were no bumps, ulcers, or scabs.  Two of the small cuts healed within a couple of days.  One lasted a couple of weeks and was cultured by my urologist.  The culture came back negative for herpes, or other STD's.  My doctor told me i had nothing to worry about.  Now one month after the encounter i now have a feeling of urinary urgency for the last 5 days, and this morning i noticed a small quarter sized discharge in my underwear.
I am afraid the culture missed the herpes and the virus is now causing urethretitis.  Does that sound possible.  Thanks for your input

Sounds more like a bacterial infection if you had the lesion cultured while it was present that will almost always produce a conculsive result I see no need for further testing for Herpes also Herpes doesn't usually cause a discharge from the penis,I would go back to your Urologist for further investigation an anti-biotic may be all that is required to clear this up completely.
I'm sure the skin irritation was from a rough and lengthy handjob and lack of lubrication wherby the skin has become broken and bacteria was allowed entry.....
