Confused with tests

Hi, 6 weeks back I met my old friend and we hugged each other, i kissed on her neck. She tried to kiss on on my lip, I just turned, so only momentary touch happened on lips (less than a second). Then I asked her STD tests, everything negative except HSV 1 and 2 IGG (2.1). Then I was scared, I did my test at 4 weeks after incident, IGM was negative but IGG 1 &2 positive (1.3). Then I went to dermatologist, he didn't take it serious, he says more than 90% population having this. Later at 36 days mark, I went to infection decise specialist, he suggested type specific test. Then I did HSV 1 and 2 separete type specific test (ELISA), it was negative. Then he said just forgot incident and move on. But i am getting some white puss filled popups above nose (not on the lip or mouth area).

Is my incident risk of HSV? And which test i should believe above? Please help me.

I don't know what you are getting on your face, but it doesn't sound like herpes. It might be pimples. See your doctor.
