I was positive igg level 5.00 what those this mean resent infection or past infection n I never had no symptoms n i was involved with last partners 3 months ago but before him I was with someone else he test negative n my new partner is getting test waiting on results

I did both hsv1/2 and igg was a 5.00 im really scared and so confuse
