Potential scare

Over a month ago, I slept with two different women unprotected. Both claimed to be clean after weeks of protected sex. We had oral as well and I haven't noticed any cold sores or anything of the sort. I started taking zithromax a few days later for a separate issue and noticed my penis often getting random throbbing shots of pain. Not too painful, just noticeable. It would feel this way after masterbation too. A similar thing had happened with zithromax before.

Last week I looked at my penis and noticed two small, flat dots on the head. Example: they look like there was a cut there but healed. Is this any indication of herpes? I've had no blisters or sores down there to my knowledge. Also, wouldn't a blister there be very painful and noticeable?

I'm just freaked because I often hear of people having herpes and not noticing it.

Thanks you all.
