pimple on penes

about a month ago (30 days to be exact) i had unprotected sex with a girl i know fairly well and i know that although she is not extremely sexually active she is definitely not a virgin. yesterday i had a pimple looking thing on the shaft of my penis. there were two hairs growing out of it which i promptly plucked. this pimple was white in color and today the pus hardened and when i touched it the ball of pus fell off followed by a small amount of clear liquid. after this i quickly showered and covered the hole of the "pimple" with a band-aid to keep it from possible spreading. i have not had any pain from the pimple or any kind of other symptoms. no flu like anything, no pain, only itching is mental (while at work when i was preoccupied it did not itch at all). should i be worried about this?

i never really picked at it. i had cleaned it several times, and then touched it merely to see if it was still pus filled and what seemed like a solid ball of pus fell out of the pimple. ive never had that with a pimple on my face. and secondly i had been dating a girl for two years and she had gotten tested several times while we were together and they were always negative. this other girl is my only sexual encounter since then. that being said i am gonna go call planned parenthood now to see if i can get an appointment for today

this really sounds like an ingrown hair or infected hair follicle. since you've picked at it, too late to do any testing on it.

should it reoccur, see your provider.  the only other option is for both of you to go get type specific herpes igg blood tests done as well as other std testing since it was unprotected sex and share test results with each other to know who has what.

also i dont know if this affects anything. for years i have gotten cold sores in my mouth. i had an extremely bad one the week before the pimple appeared. could i have touched the one in my mouth and then masturbated without washing my hands or something? sorry to be asking all these questions, just a little worried at the moment
