Do I have HPV?
I have several brownish colored, mole-like, growths around the base of my penis and I'm not sure what STD it could be. I thought I had HPV, but everything I read talks about "outbreaks"....I don't get outbreaks, they're always there. They do itch, but I haven't really had any burning during urination...maybe once every couple months.

Umm...I don't know. Not sure what that is? I tried locating a free clinic, but they only test for life threatening STD's, like HIV and others.

Well if that was an option, I wouldn't be asking this question on a forum. I'm unemployed and don't have any insurance or money to go see a doctor.
Hard to say on a forum, but knowing what you got is as simple as a visit to the doctor or dermatologist. When folks speak of outbreaks they mean a recurrence of new bumps at some point after having the previous wart(s) removed. Sometimes it's just one, other times more. Your case is a no brainer though. Get yourself into a clinic or office and find out.
