Can I spead them anywhere else by bathing ?

I’m almost 30 and I have recently went to my doctor and Shen said it looks like warts to her and sent me for more tests waiting to go back to see her I guess I’m kind of lost when it comes to this some of the research say that HPV will clear on its own some say I will be stuck with this forever. I’m extremely upset and scared So I know I can get rid of the actual warts but will they always come back ? And can I spread them to my face by getting a bath

No, you cannot spread them to your face.  The virus will go dormant in your body but it will never leave. You may be infectious some day or not. No one can tell you the definitive answer. If your immune system is low due to stress, lack of sleep, booze episodes, severe colds, the warts may return. If you have sex with someone 10-30 years from now and if you get new warts, you will not know if they are from the old infection or its a new one infection unless the strain number is the same. If possible, ask your doctor to get the strain number associated with the warts in case you get new ones one day. No need to be scared. No one has ever died from genital warts.
