I have HPV genital warts and i’m using Aldara- please help

Okay-
So basically i found out around november that i had hpv. At the time i had two very small white dot looking warts. The doc froze them with what appeared to be TCA.
She gave me 0 treatment plan and no info.

Fast forward to April, i try ACV home method because those two dots are still present and this causes a huge cluster to pop up (sneaky bastards we’re chilling under my skin i guess). So i go to the doc right away and get treatment plan with off brand Aldara (Immoquid).
I’m on about week 6 of treatment and some warts are appearing to be kind of stubborn but i see change. I accidentally applied too much because i couldn’t tell what was and wasn’t a wart and wound up giving myself some gnarly chemical burns- which are gone now. I’m just left with my two initial clusters. One side of my labia is Just red and sore but the warts seem to be entirely flattened- still applying the cream ofc to clear them fully.
But the other side is seemingly more stubborn. The biggest of the cluster is turning kind of white and appear to be changing in size and texture.
I just don’t know what to expect as far as treatment. I’m not sure what healing or effectiveness should look like. If anyone has any experience they’d like to share as far as using aldara like medicine to treat please let me know!
I read some people were lucky enough to have them clear in a couple weeks, i’m clearly not that lucky but i also wasn’t doing it right and wasn’t watching my health that closely because i didn’t know really anything about it.
I take B-12, Vitamins A&E, A multivitamin, and Vitamin C daily. I also have recently started taking ACV shots in the morning as i’ve read it can aid as an antiviral and immune booster.

I just really want some clarity and hope on this because i’m starting to worry that it’ll never get better (irrational to an extent i know). Luckily haven’t had any new ones pop up but i wonder if the red and flaky skin, moderate pain, and bleeding (only when i scratch the area by accident ) means the cream is working? On the wart patches i mean.
I know side affects can be ****** with Aldara socim not surprised i got them but i’ve also read that getting these adverse affects means it’s working.
Are there any home treatments that i should consider for my more stubborn guys?? Had ACV been effective as treatment for anyone?
I just need some peace of mind and would really like to hear others experiences. Im getting tired of venting to friends who haven’t no idea what i’m going through. This is something i’m constantly thinking about and worrying about and i really just hope there’s some light at the end of the tunnel.
