Red raised skin on tip of penis.

3-4 months ago I received unprotected oral sex from a high risk person (female). I had a full STD screening and it came back all clear. My concern is the STDs I wasn’t tested for. HPV and Herpes. I don’t believe I have symptoms of Herpes but I am extremely worried about HPV.

I have since had unprotected vaginal sex with a prospective girlfriend who informed me she had been tested for STDs and got the all clear.  Which by all means makes me happy but since the unprotected sex with her about 2-3 weeks ago. The days after my penis was red raw and tender. I washed intensely and after a week or so it got better but I’m concerned about the following which may be related to recent sexual activity or the risky oral 3-4 months ago.

The skin around my penis shaft and head has been pealing skin (settling down now), some tiny spots that went, lighter coloured patches have appeared around the penis head, tiny red pimples (seen under torch light) around the penis tip and some raised red skin (tiny and under touch light) and easily irritated skin that seems to come and ago...

I’m checking my penis multiple times a day and I’ve booked an appointment again to take a look. Some opinions would be appreciated? Part of the problem is that I’m looking at my penis at every angle with light and it is hard to know what is normal or irritation, STDs... etc
