It is entirely possible to have a baby with HPV, but if you have had HPV, it is important to have followup care. Perhaps you could go to a clinic where they could do a pelvic exam and pap at a lower cost. If they froze off the "bad spots" then there is actually a chance you could be HPV free but you won't know unless you get checked out. Your almost non existent periods are another issue and may make it difficult for you to conceive.
What I meant to say is that the only way to transmit the virus during child birth is if the baby accidentally touches the part where the warts are present. So the gynecologist will know what to do to prevent such a case from happening. So don't worry!
