Genital warts and condoms

Is it possible to pass genital warts with condoms? For example the condom has direct contact to the infected skin lesion so if you later touch that condom and touch your gential area is it possible to infect yourself that way? Since the wart had contact with the condom and you touched the condom as well as touching yourself..

I guess I wasnt clear, that was not my question. I asked can you spread hpv from touching condoms.--- If a condom touched genital warts and someone touched the infected condom with their hands and then touch themself in their genital area is that a way of transmission of genital warts/hpv? I know condoms dont fully cover genital areas. I'm asking is it possible to pass hpv to another person just by them touching a condom with their hand and then touching themself.?

Condoms do not cover the base of the penis.  Even if you do not have visible warts by the base, it is still genital skin. So are thighs, buttocks, scrotum, etc. If you have visible warts, there may be warts that are not visible to the naked eye that can be found in these other areas. This is why condoms offer 50% protection at best. Your question is almost irrelevant given all of this.
