How do I know if I have HPV

About 2 months ago I noticed a small dry spot of the rim of my penis head. It didnt hurt or itch, I thought it was just a spot from to much masterbating. Since i noticed that, the spot has spread, and now i have small flat bumps around the area. They are very dry and the skin around them is dry as well. Is this HPV? or just a fungal thing. I have looked at pictures of warts online and mine dont really look like that. Any ideas what this might be?

Warts typically look like warts. If your bumps don't really look warty, there is a good chance that they are either a normal part of your anatomy, or something else. It is a good idea to have a doctor take a look at these marks so that you rest easy.
