HPV - 2 doctors couldn't diagnose me?

Okay guys, I am a 19 year old male and I'm having some trouble and thought you's might be able to help. First, I'd like to say about my sexual past. I have only had vaginal sex 4 times in my life, with my girlfriend of 2 years. We broke up 2 years ago. Also, about 7-8 months ago I got oral sex from a girl I was talking to, and then about a month after that also (twice in total). Now I hear it can take years to show up, but it's not likely. Also I had no problems after my first girlfriend, just developed these spots after the oral encounters. My scrotum spots are pretty small, barely rasied and have a distinct sheen/shine to them. I also have 2 spots on my Glans (head) of Penis. One is bulbous - like and one is pimple - like. I have gone to my family doctor who wasnt sure what it was, but said it isn't sexually related, and set me up with a Urologist, and I ended up cancelling that and made one with my Dermatologist. My Dermatologist said he wasnt sure what it is, but doesnt think its sexually related either. As you can tell, im pretty upset with the fact 2 professionals dont know whats going on (waste of my time & money). So now I have to go to the Urologist who might do a Biopsy, I DO NOT want a Biopsy. I dont like needles or anything. If this was HPV or something, it wouldnt need a Biopsy to tell would it? its deffiantly not Herpes, they are not blisters. I do have pictures but you cant post them here.. Can somebody help a stressed teen? thank yous - Dave.

While I agree that HPV is very common, and there is a good chance that anybody with two or more sex partners has contracted at least one type, I disagree that his lesion is HPV.

Most HPV infections don't have symptoms, but the symptoms men have are warts. In my estimation, if he had warts, they would have been identified by the dermatologist, and likely treated.

It is HPV. The reason why your doctor is not worried because it is common. Very common among sexually active people. Highly contagious like cold sores and just as common. The symptoms you are describing are similar to mine. I have been checked numerous amounts of times for working abroad. They don't look for this especially in men because if you have had sex you already have a 50% chance of having it. If you have had sex more than twice or with a partner who has had sex before you, you have a 98% chance of having it. Dave, I'm not trying to scare you but it's also not a problem. Research it and make sure nothing is raised on the skin that needs to be froze or burned off. Stay away from Web MD for it's common cold symptoms can lead to cancer and death. Not serious. Ok. Oh, and don't go around telling everyone, you would'nt do it with cold sores so don't do it know. Protective sex does not stop the spread, like cold sores it's skin to skin contact.

My opinion:

A biopsy would give you the conclusive answer you are looking for.

BUT

If a dermatologist didn't think it was anything to worry about, I would go with that.
