HPV Genotype 16
I have been diagnosed with hpv genotype 16 and have noticed my 925 silver jewlery is turning black within moments of sweating also my bowl movements smell bad. I didn't have any of this before. Does anyone else have this problem?
Sorry for your diagnosis. Did you find out from a pap smear? I think if you keep a constant check on everything, you should be ok.

I just had a biopsy yesterday. Not looking good. I was diagnosed with squamous cell carcinoma VIN 3 of the vulva and had to have surgery and few years ago. Now it looks like it's in my vagina. I was wondering more on my 925 silver jewlery turning black. This a different strand of hpv. I've never had my silver turn black. Been wearing it forever.
