Help please

Hi I am a 32 yr old male with a steady relationship, I have found 3 small bumps on the top of my penis which i am concerned about. they are around 5 mm big and not in a cluster but are seperated. They are not moist and dont produce and dischage. Itoday after a shower one started to bleed.

I am worried these might be warts or somthing simular if it is warts how long does it take for them to drop of with the correct treatment.

Get them frozen off. May take a few visits because they often reappear then forget about it and move on!

Differs with treatment. Some cause them instantly to fall off, or within a few days, some creams take a good few weeks.

Warts wont hurt or produce discharge. And they shouldn't randomly bleed unless you pick them.
