Genitial warts or Vestibular papillae?

I woke up to itchy vagina... When I looked there are yellow clusters of bumps on my inner labia. They are very itchy and uncomfortable and small single bumps spread about my labia. 10hours later I look again and they are bigger and more appeared. I can't find anything on google that looks like this but I am extremely scared with a new partner as of 7 weeks ago.

Get to GYN asap. Get tested for HPV.  Get a Herpes test too. 7 weeks is very early but not impossible.
